Visaka Industries Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.59% to Rs 87.11 after the company's net profit surged by 31.63% to Rs 52.68 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 23% to Rs 590.07 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Cement & Cement Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.83 lakh crore, gaining 3.43%. It has improved by 1.12% over last one week and gained upto 1.15% in last one month while the market capitalization of Visaka Industries Ltd has inched up 5.69% and 16.29% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Visaka Industries Ltd stood at Rs 70.62 crore in Q2 FY26, rising 9.54% year-on-year, and expanding by 38.20% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 90 crore, jumping 80.55% YoY and surging by 81.36% sequentially. Total expenses advancing by 15.67% to Rs 515.41 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 258.12 crore, going up by 15.47% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 42.62 crore, surging 18.26% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 8.72% to Rs 1677.86 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 2935.88% to Rs 85.36 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 9046% to Rs 133.1 crore, and PBT tanked by 5457.50% to Rs 107.15 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 183.14 crore in FY26, as against Rs 114.05 crore in FY25. Visaka Industries Ltd inched up 0.35% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.64% during the same period.
